The Carlyon Bay Development
Planning Application

Who Are We?

Ampersand, the developers of the scheme to date, has invited Commercial Estates Group (CEG) to join the team and assist in the delivery of this major regeneration project. CEG and Ampersand have a long-standing, close relationship and both parties consider this alliance has been hugely beneficial in arriving at this scheme for Carlyon Bay. CEG is the development manager for Carlyon Bay and has a management agreement with the owner.

CEG, a property company which specialises in mixed use and regeneration projects throughout the UK, has significant experience in property and development. On behalf of three investors, CEG currently manages over 30 development projects across the country of which around 15

involve regeneration.
