By Train
There are regular trains from London Paddington, Bristol Temple Meads, Birmingham New Street and the North.

The closest stations at St Austell and Par are both on the main line and are three miles from The Beach.

By Road
The Beach is 9 miles from the A30, the main road from Exeter to Penzance. From Bodmin, take the A391 towards St.Austell and follow signs to Carlyon Bay.

By Air
There are daily flights to Newquay on Ryan Air from Stansted and four daily flights from Gatwick on Air South West. Air South West also now fly from Newquay to Bristol, Dublin, Manchester and Leeds/Bradford (click on the airline names to go to their websites).

Newquay Airport is 18 miles away and takes about 40 minutes by taxi.
