Next Steps

Following the June exhibition, a scheme will be designed that draws on the principles set out within the Development Brief, with a view to submitting a planning application in autumn 2010.

Before the planning application is submitted, a third exhibition will be held to present the development proposals.

The application will set out the details of the proposed sea defences and seek outline consent for the remaining holiday/leisure development and will include an Environmental Statement that will assess the potential impacts of the development such as air quality, noise and traffic impacts.
