The proposed sea defences will offer far better facilities for the disabled with better access to the promenade level, wheelchair ramps down to the beach and disabled parking within the development.
Ampersand is committed to making sure that life for those who may need additional support such as the elderly or parents with pushchairs is as easy as possible. This will apply to day visitors as well as those staying at the resort.
Public access will also be guaranteed as part of a Section 106 Agreement.
