Who we are
Ampersand, the developers of the scheme to date, has invited Commercial Estates Group (CEG) to join the team and assist in the delivery of this major regeneration project.
CEG and Ampersand have a long-standing, close relationship and both parties consider this alliance will be hugely beneficial to the project. CEG, a property company which specialises in mixed use and regeneration projects throughout the UK, has significant experience in property and development. On behalf of three investors, CEG currently manages over 30 development projects across the country of which around 15 involve regeneration.

CEG’s business activities are focused on three key areas:
- Active management of its investment portfolio across the country
- Regeneration of brownfield sites through careful examination of development opportunities
- Building and developing its strategic land portfolio (Focused on acquiring greenfield sites and gaining planning permission for either residential or mixed use)
CEG manage property in all sectors and has secured over 30 schemes for regeneration and strategic development. Planning permission has been achieved in total for:
- over 3,500 residential units
- over 279,000m2 (3 million sq ft) of mixed use commercial floorspace
Currently preparing planning applications for:
- over 20,000 residential units
- c. 465,000m2 (5 million sq ft) of mixed use commercial floorspace
CEG’s portfolio covers over 1,200 ha (3,000 acres) of land.
